Place an amount the size of a quarter in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together with good pressure. For extra soiled hands, apply with a fine, soft bristled brush, rubbing in a small, circular motion.

If using with water, rinse hands thoroughly and dry.

If using without water, apply a similar amount to the palm of your hand and wipe clean using a paper towel or cloth, drying hands thoroughly.
