| Every now and then we hear from friends we've
never even met. They are the customers who face grimy, often
dangerous working conditions on a daily basis. To them, using
our products gives them one less thing to worry about.
They may not have been involved in the decision to buy them,
but they have first-hand experience. So, when they speak,
we listen.
They give it their best. So do we. That's a pretty good arrangement.
