BioSol - The Science of Clean

Every now and then we hear from friends we've never even met. They are the customers who face grimy, often dangerous working conditions on a daily basis. To them, using our products gives them one less thing to worry about.

Dear Mr. Reidy:

I have reviewed the constituents of BacPac Biological Supplement (bacterial culture blend), and Biosol 110 and 310 ... at various concentrations. These chemicals and biological culture are not of a nature that has required EPA regulation as a hazardous waste, pesticide, or toxic chemical when introduced into the soil environment. They are not regulated under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; The Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act; or the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. There would be no EPA regulation of either the product in its concentrated form or the diluted form under any of the above mentioned laaws. I cannot make the same blanket statement under the Clean Water Act since regulation varies by site and the quality of surface or ground water being protected. Consequently, there may be some regulatory concern if the treatment site has the potential to contaminate either surface or ground water.
